Infrastructure
Our BPO services division, has operations in Chennai
and Bangalore. Both cities have an abundance of skilled
resources available to ramp up BPO operations to meet
our customer's need. These locations take advantage
of ACCEL's robust infrastructure to deliver reliable
and dependable service to our clients. Our current staff
strength performing BPO operations is about 100 seats
dedicated to medical transcription and insurance claims
processing.
ACCEL BPO also maintains servers and other computer
equipment in a highly secure and reliable data center
in the US, located in Atlanta, Georgia. This assures
our customers that any potential down time of our operations
is minimized.
Quality Process
Our quality processes are based on the principles of
continuous improvement. Both in Medical Transcription
as well as Insurance Claims data entry, accuracy of
work is regularly measured. These metrics are reviewed
to highlight areas for improvement followed up by additional
training and/or process changes.
Implementation
We offer a risk free trial of our services. Typically,
we do a pilot to ensure that the client's processes
and deliverables are clearly defined and understood.
Depending on the volume of work to be outsourced, we
can ramp up to full production from two to four weeks
after completion of the pilot. To ensure the successful
transition of the back office processes the entire process
is managed by ACCEL's experienced project management
team.
